Post images and public profile lookups for X and Instagram

`/social tweet` and `/social instagram` make post images for server members only — every image says it was made with Miwi. `/social xprofile` and `/social igprofile` show real public profiles through the official X and Instagram APIs (when the bot owner has set them up; Instagram only finds business and creator accounts).
