Refund & Cancellation Policy

Miwi Premium is bought through a ticket in the Miwi support server. Loyal voters can also redeem Miwi Cash for it.

Miwi Cash redemptions

• Support staff can reverse an approved redemption within 48 hours of approval. The Miwi Cash is returned to your balance and the Premium period is removed.
• Pending requests can be cancelled before staff approve them.
• After 48 hours redemptions are final, except where we must correct an error.

Paid Premium

• If your Premium hasn't been activated on a server yet, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of paying.
• Once activated, payments are final, except where the law requires a refund or Miwi can't provide Premium (for example a long outage on our side).
• Premium doesn't renew by itself, so there is nothing to cancel.
