Temporary voice channels with a control panel
Members join a hub channel and Miwi creates their own voice channel, with a panel to rename it, change its privacy, set a limit and manage who can join.
Own channel per member
Created on join, deleted when empty.
Control panel
Rename, privacy, user limit, waiting room, invite, kick, block and transfer ownership.
Commands
Every command also works with the prefix (?) and by mentioning Miwi.
